The Woodside Valley Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of members from various areas of expertise such as the arts, history, law and finance.

Advisor to the Board:

 

Meetings are scheduled at regular quarterly intervals, with the flexibility to shorten the interval should action be required prior to the original date.

The members of the Board receive no monetary remuneration for their services and act for the Foundation on a totally voluntary basis. However, expenses incurred on behalf of the Foundation are wholly refunded once approved by the Board at the closest meeting date prior to or after the expenses have been incurred.

The Woodside Valley Foundation adhered to strict corporate governance guidelines and employs the services of an independent auditor.
