Geoff Brayshaw
AM, FCA, AICD
Geoff Brayshaw is the Perth Office Managing Partner of BDO Chartered Accountants, and was National President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2002.
He is highly respected within his profession, with more than 30 years experience in provision of corporate advisory services including prospectus' and statutory reports, independent accountants reports and business and share valuations.
Geoff specialises in audit and assurance, company secretarial accounting, due diligence, corporate governance, and risk management assessments for the small mining/exploration, property development, contract engineering and pearl farming industries.
Geoff is a registered Company Auditor and an Associate of the Institute of Company Directors.
Geoff has been involved in numerous community activities including being a Director of the WA Sports Federation and WA Baseball League. He also played an active part in the Campaign to save Old Growth Forests.
